...BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHIM... using the Sunnah to lose weight, inshaAllah

The Rules (short list)

“…one third food, one third drink, one third air…”

۞Start your meal with “Bismillah” and finish with "Alhumdulillah."
۞Do not over eat or stuff yourself. Use moderation, portion control, and self control.
۞Eat LESS and drink MORE.
۞Get by on half (or two thirds) of what you normally eat.
۞Chew slowly and stop before you are totally full or when you no longer feel hungry.
۞Do not drink (or eat) directly from the container.
۞Take a sip and then take a breath. (Breathe in between sips. Do not take large gulps.)
۞Enjoy sweets in moderation, do not deprive yourself.

When I get to ۞۞۞ - 25, I will admit what ۞۞۞ is :-P
